Project Description
The KineSis project allows controlling presentations using Microsoft Kinect. The user have the possibility of opening documents (Microsoft Office documents, images and plain text), and based on gestures, to control the presentation (move to next slide/page, scroll, zoom). Another feature is the intervention in current slide/page by focusing or highlighting the important elements from presentation (Paint over presentation).

Hardware Requirements
Kinect for Xbox 360 sensor
1 Display having at least 1024 x 768 or higher resolution (2 Displays to enjoy all the fun)
Computer with a dual-core, 2.66-GHz or faster processor
Windows 7–compatible graphics card that supports DirectX® 9.0c capabilities
2-GB RAM (4-GB RAM or more recommended)


Software Requirements
Windows 7 (x86 or x64)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=24872)
Microsoft Kinect for Windows SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/kinectforwindows/develop/overview.aspx)
Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (at least Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Office Shared Features, Office Tools)
